Please be gracious with our response time when communicating via social media and e-mail. Our Salon coordinator is also assisting in-house customers and may not respond immediately.

Our first time customers are required to provide us with their credit card information while booking the first appointment.

We require 24h notice prior to the cancellation. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the customer will be charged full price of the service.

Returning customers will be charged 25% of the booked service price (basic) in case of first cancellation >24h before the appointment; 50% of the price with 2nd cancellation; 75% or more with 3rd cancellation. The Salon reserves the right to decide about the final charge in case of multiple cancellation of the same customer.

Rescheduling your appointment if free of charge. You can reschedule your appointment one time.

We accept payments with cash, credit*/debit cards or checks.

*credit cards are subject to 3% service fee charge

We offer complimentary packages for services like blow out or washing. To get a quote on your selected packaged service please contact the Salon.

The Salon offers special promotions for customers, seasonal promotions or special packages based on individual quotes.

Yes, Salon Tereska is using Goldwell products, which are BPA free.

We are very eager to hear about your thoughts after the visit! We will listen and try to improve our services. Whether good or bad, you can always leave us a review on Google, Facebook or submit it directly via email (salontereska at gmail). We also have an appointment system via which you will receive a short rating survey with an option to leave a comment. The survey is usually dispatched via SMS or email after your appointment.

Any potential issues with the hairstyles should be raised to your stylist. We try to put extra attention to the per-service discussion about each individual haircut/color. In case the effect is not to your liking, we will perform corrections. It is up to the stylist to decide about the price of the correction/free of charge corrections. We will do our best to accommodate your correction appointment in a timely manner.

Customers should indicate a need for correction within 2 days from the service performed. Please be mindful that we cannot accommodate correction requests raised after more than 2 days.
